Strength In Numbers

Being a manager can feel really lonely at times which is why I created a group coaching program to bring like-minded leaders together. This is a small group of just 15 people where you can feel supported, understood and learn from each other.

The next cohort starts April 15th and runs through July 31st. That’s right, 16 weeks! Because real change takes time and short trainings aren’t going to cut it. With this program you get 4 solid months of support to help you work through challenges as they come up and make sure your new behaviors create the change you want.

Program Elements:

  • 16 weeks of online group coaching (Tuesdays 6-7pm EST), sessions will be recorded in case you can’t make it

  • The topic of the sessions change every two weeks to give you time for practice & implementation before moving on. Topics include: Understanding Performance, Changing Negative Thinking, Building Confidence, Improving Communications, Enhancing Productivity and Enabling Growth for your team and yourself.

  • Custom exercises will be shared every two weeks along with homework assignments to put learnings into practice

  • Each participant also gets 2x private sessions with me for more personalized support
