Hi, I’m Nandhini

I'm a certified Coach and former Ad Exec with nearly 20 years of experience helping brands, teams and colleagues achieve their goals. It was exciting work and I loved it up until my body started to push back and break down.  Stress and fatigue started disrupting my life, and the longer I ignored the symptoms, the more my body struggled. 

After years of working with coaches and teachers, I finally found my way to a more balanced and fulfilling life and I want to share some of that knowledge with you in this workshop
